Who is responsible
Happiano Education Centre Limited is responsible for personal data handled through this website.
What this website collects
The website has no sign-up forms or accounts and does not collect personal data itself. Happiano only receives the information you choose to send us.
WhatsApp messages
When you use a WhatsApp button, your message goes to Happiano through WhatsApp. We use what you send to answer your enquiry and arrange classes. WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies.
Ask Happi chat
Messages you type into the Happi chat are sent to our AI provider, Anthropic, to generate replies. Under its commercial terms, Anthropic does not train its models on them, and Happiano does not store them. Please do not include your child's name or any contact details.
Technical logs
Our hosting provider keeps technical logs, such as IP addresses and the pages requested, to run and protect the website.
Cookies
This website does not use cookies or analytics tools.
Map
The map on our home page loads from OpenStreetMap, which receives your IP address when it shows the map.
